Sun Hat Gallery

In 2023, I started designing and sewing sunhats, and every year since, I've added new designs and pattern combinations. In fact, for the 2026 season, I'll have eight different styles in sizes Baby to Adult XL, and each is one-of-a-kind! My sun hats are made from 100% premium cotton and are completely reversible, which my customers absolutely adore.

Styles include the basic bucket, wide brim bucket, baseball, visor, hi-low, drawstring, keyhole back, and Twisties. But even within one category the designs are not all the same. There are variations because ...I am a designer!

Once trained as a designer, it's hard to stop. Your brain is wired to think as certain way and we thrive on change. In fact for 2026 I am introducing Special Edition Hats -- complex designs that are more difficult and time-consuming to sew.
